IQAC - LNCP
Committed to excellence through continuous quality enhancement, self-evaluation, and adoption of best practices in pharmacy education since its inception in 2012.
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established at Lakshmi Narain College of Pharmacy in 2012 as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure, in accordance with NAAC guidelines.
The IQAC functions as the institutional mechanism for quality enhancement, ensuring that the institution consistently meets and exceeds the quality benchmarks set by regulatory bodies. Since its establishment, the IQAC has been instrumental in driving a culture of continuous improvement across all academic and administrative domains.
The cell operates with a clear mandate to develop and apply quality benchmarks, facilitate learner-centric education, organize feedback mechanisms, and disseminate best practices. The IQAC prepares the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and coordinates all accreditation and re-accreditation activities.
"To establish a quality culture that permeates every aspect of institutional functioning and ensures holistic development of students through continuous improvement and innovation."
