Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any personal issues affecting student well-being on campus.

Infrastructure Issues

Problems with classrooms, labs, hostels, Wi-Fi, water, electricity, or other campus facilities.

Fee & Financial

Concerns about fee structure, scholarships, refunds, or any financial transactions with the institution.

Food & Canteen

Complaints about food quality, hygiene, pricing, or service in the campus canteen and mess.

Safety & Security

Security concerns, unauthorized access, or any issues related to campus safety and student protection.

Process

How to File a Grievance

Simple and confidential process to raise your concerns.

Submit Complaint

Fill the grievance form available at the Student Affairs office or submit online through the portal.

Acknowledgment

You will receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours with a unique complaint reference number.

Review & Investigation

The Grievance Committee reviews the complaint and conducts a fair investigation within 7 working days.

Resolution

Resolution communicated to the complainant within 15 working days with appropriate action taken.
